Project Manager Public Sector

What’s involved:

• Lead project planning, governance, scheduling, risk, and status reporting across multiple workstreams
• Support SmartSimple implementation including data migration, mapping, validation, and workflow optimisation
• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage test strategy, test planning, execution support, and defect tracking across UAT and system testing
• Coordinate delivery of Microsoft Business Central upgrade with internal and external stakeholders
• Support stakeholder engagement across ICT, Finance, business units, and third-party vendors
• Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption activities
• Maintain high-quality project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts

What you need:

• 4–6 years in ICT project delivery or support roles
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central) and/or grants platforms
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping skills
• Experience supporting data migration and structured testing activities
• Familiarity with project governance, reporting tools, and stakeholder coordination
