Project Manager Public Sector

What’s involved:

• Lead mobilisation and delivery of the web portal project, establishing project organisation, governance, and resourcing.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts including scope documentation, schedules, and risk registers.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, across all organisational levels.
• Provide input to project-related tenders and procurement documents.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement rules and regulations.

What you need:

• + 6years ICT project management experience,
• Proven experience in projects developing web portals, digital services, or organisational web presence, including systems integration and data exchange.
• Familiarity with Azure API technologies, Sitefinity CMS, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business processes, ideally within regulated or healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated success in projects involving business process change and system integration.
• Experience in stakeholder management at multiple organisational levels.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor management skills.
• Must be based in Ireland
