Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate lead the delivery of a key Infrastructure Upgrade Project. This role will coordinate delivery across all lines of business, managing internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
What’s involved:
Lead the successful delivery of infrastructure upgrades across multiple LOBs.
Build and manage an integrated delivery plan (CTS and LOBs) for the N-2 upgrade.
Develop tracking tools and dashboards to monitor and report progress weekly to senior management.
Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Implement robust governance, risk, and issue management processes
What you need:
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Strong stakeholder management and multitasking capabilities.
Proven ability to manage delivery in fast-paced, agile environments.
Proficient with MS Project, Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), SharePoint, Jira, and Clarity.
Experience building dashboards and reporting for executive stakeholders.
