What’s involved:

• Provide a market analysis of the outsourced service centre landscape in Ireland,
• Analyse the Board’s current outsourced centre model,
• Recommend an appropriate procurement strategy,
• Manage the procurement process,
• Design a transition plan which supports the procurement outcome,
• Manage the transition to a new service provider.

What you need:

• 7+ years' experience in project management
• Strong background in procurement and vendor selection/management
• Proven ability to manage PMOs and cross-functional project teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem solving

What’s on offer:

• €600-€625 depending on experience
