Our client is a leading financial services organisation, recognised for its strong governance culture and commitment to operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead, playing a key role in developing and enhancing a robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework aligned with evolving regulatory and ESG expectations.

What’s Involved:

Support the Head of TPRM in the design and delivery of the organisation’s TPRM strategy and roadmap.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the TPRM governance framework to ensure alignment with Irish and EU regulatory standards, including EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, GDPR, and CBI Outsourcing Requirements.
Provide leadership and coaching to a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to identify and assess emerging developments in third-party risk and operational resilience.
Embed ESG principles into third-party onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Risk, and Business Units to ensure consistent and cohesive third-party risk practices across the organisation.

What You Need:

8+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management or Operational Risk, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
Strong understanding of relevant Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, including EBA, DORA, GDPR, and CBI requirements.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
Expertise in regulatory engagement and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
