- Our client is a leading financial services organisation, recognised for its strong governance culture and commitment to operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead, playing a key role in developing and enhancing a robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework aligned with evolving regulatory and ESG expectations.
What’s Involved:
- Support the Head of TPRM in the design and delivery of the organisation’s TPRM strategy and roadmap.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the TPRM governance framework to ensure alignment with Irish and EU regulatory standards, including EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, GDPR, and CBI Outsourcing Requirements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to identify and assess emerging developments in third-party risk and operational resilience.
- Embed ESG principles into third-party onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability policies and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Risk, and Business Units to ensure consistent and cohesive third-party risk practices across the organisation.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management or Operational Risk, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, including EBA, DORA, GDPR, and CBI requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Expertise in regulatory engagement and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
