Release Manager Private Sector

Our Client:

• A leading Irish financial institution undergoing significant technology transformation. Their Engineering & Delivery function operates at the heart of the organisation, delivering critical change across core banking platforms in a modern, Agile and DevOps-driven environment.

What's Involved:

• Own the end-to-end planning, coordination and governance of software releases across multiple environments; from development through to production.
• Manage deployment schedules across engineering, infrastructure, QA and third-party vendors; maintaining Run Books, rollback procedures and implementation plans; and ensuring all releases are compliant with ITIL, CAB governance and internal audit requirements.
• Play a key role in driving standardisation and automation across release and deployment processes and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in a Release Manager, Environment Manager or Technical Delivery role within a complex enterprise environment
• Strong track record managing software releases and code deployments through to production
• Solid understanding of Change Management and ITIL processes, including CAB governance
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
