Role and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a experienced Risk Manager to oversee the testing operating model.

What’s involved:

• Support development and implementation of 1LOD IT control testing model and framework
• Maintain and enhance the IT Control Framework
• Provide thought leadership on control tools, process efficiency, and automation opportunities
• Design test plans for new IT controls
• Guide and support IT control management across European Technology
• Assess design and operational effectiveness of IT controls, including continuous monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on testing results and remediation plans
• Deliver insights from testing outcomes and identify cross-functional themes
• Act as a role model within the OCIO Risk & Security team, contributing to a high-performing culture

What you need:

• Degree-level education preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in technology risk, with relevant risk qualifications
• Proven experience designing IT controls and test plans
• Strong knowledge of IT risk, controls, and IT operations
• Familiarity with NIST and COBIT control frameworks
• Skilled at identifying control gaps and recommending improvements
• Ability to use technology to enhance control environments
• Experience with design adequacy and operating effectiveness testing
• Capable of shaping IT control frameworks to align with strategy
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
