What’s involved

• Supporting Agile delivery across technology and change initiatives.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Working closely with delivery teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
• Supporting delivery of specific business area outcomes through a dedicated Scrum team.
• Helping teams maintain focus, improve ways of working and deliver against agreed priorities.

What’s needed

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a structured delivery environment.
• Experience working with Scrum teams and supporting Agile delivery day to day.
• Large project experience, ideally involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• IT delivery experience, with financial services experience highly desirable.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
