Senior Business Analyst Private Sector

• Hybrid Dublin – 2 days onsite 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Experienced Business Analyst with experience working with CRM solution, business case requirements  
• Stakeholder management
• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.
• Document support design of end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and maintain all Business Requirements Documents
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Data Analysis

What you need:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with CRM experience
• Proven experience working in Agile environments
• Proficient in Microsoft environment, M365, Dynamics
• Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
• Must have a valid working visa

What’s on offer:

• Daily rate 500
• 6 month contract (high possibility of extension)
