Senior CRM Developer Private Sector

Our Client:

• A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Dynamics Developer to lead the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is central to delivering secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that improve service delivery and customer engagement.

What's Involved:

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) applications and solutions
• Develop and integrate with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Customise Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, plugins, and custom connectors
• Implement and support integrations with other Microsoft 365 and legacy systems using APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
• Ensure solutions are aligned with data governance, security, and accessibility standards

What You Need:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions in complex environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and FetchXML within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and model-driven apps
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, source control via Azure DevOps or Git)
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
