Senior Performance Test Engineer Private Sector

What’s involved:

• Define and execute performance testing strategies for critical customer-facing platforms
• Design workload models and performance benchmarks using JMeter and BlazeMeter
• Analyse results, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements
• Establish performance baselines and regression thresholds as part of release readiness
• Support resilience and operational testing, including failure and chaos testing scenarios
• Work closely with Engineering and SRE teams to ensure scalable, reliable solutions

What you need:

• Proven expertise in performance testing using JMeter and BlazeMeter
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures
• Experience diagnosing performance issues and analysing system behaviour under load
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated performance testing practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical stakeholders
