What’s Involved

• Design and optimise Power BI semantic models for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Deliver high-performance dashboards and reports, with strong DAX and model tuning.
• Manage Power BI deployment, refresh, and service administration (workspaces, security, governance).
• Build clear, business-focused visualisations that translate data into insight.
• Develop paginated reports where required (Power BI Report Builder / SSRS).
• Integrate Power BI with Snowflake and the wider Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps).
• Act as a Power BI lead, mentoring others and driving adoption and best practice.

What’s Needed

• Expert Power BI skills across Desktop and Service (including embedded).
• 7+ years BI experience, with strong Power BI delivery.
• Proven experience working with Snowflake in a production BI environment.
• Strong semantic modelling, DAX, and performance optimisation skills.
• Experience in cloud data platforms (Azure strongly preferred).
• Confident communicator who can work with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end.
