The role involves managing the delivery of an infrastructure upgrade project, working across all lines of business and coordinating third-party vendors. You will integrate delivery plans from multiple teams into a single program plan, track progress, and report regularly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver infrastructure upgrade projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong governance and clear communication.
Build and maintain a tracker and dashboard to monitor progress across all teams.
Create and manage project plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
Prioritise competing objectives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Skills & Experience
4–5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in infrastructure projects.
Project Management qualification.
Agile delivery experience.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
