What’s Involved

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using Java and related technologies.
Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps engineers to ensure early detection and resolution of defects.
Lead quality assurance activities throughout the SDLC, from requirements analysis to release validation.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster delivery cycles.

What’s Needed

7+ years’ experience in software testing, including test automation and quality assurance for complex systems.
Strong programming skills in Java, with hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
Proven understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
