We are looking for a Senior SQL Data Developer to design, build and improve data products that deliver high-quality, trusted and decision-ready data across the organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on developing scalable data solutions while embedding strong data governance practices.
What’s involved:
Design and develop data pipelines and data products
Ensure data quality through validation, controls and monitoring
Manage and maintain metadata, data lineage and data documentation
Work closely with Data Governance teams to implement policies, ownership and standards
Use tools such as Collibra to support data governance and data cataloguing
Build scalable data platforms and support reporting and dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and improve decision-making
What you need:
Strong SQL development experience
Proven experience building and optimising data pipelines
Understanding of data quality, governance, metadata and lineage concepts
Experience working with data governance tools (e.g. Collibra)
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience delivering scalable data solutions in a complex environment
