Senior Technical Writer Public Sector

• 12- month contract
• 3 days a week on site in South Dublin

• As a Senior Technical Writer  you’ll guide developers, partners, and businesses through an evolving ecosystem of APIs and platform services.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality technical content: guides, tutorials, API docs, and internal resources
• Own the full content lifecycle  from creation to governance
• Lead the onboarding documentation strategy to support global customers
• Become a subject-matter expert in MACS products
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support
• Help shape documentation processes, tooling, and standards
• Document new product features for technical and non-technical users
• Continuously improve content using feedback and data
• Advocate for documentation as a strategic driver of customer success
• Stay focused on user needs through research and collaboration

What You’ll Bring

• 7–8 years’ experience in technical writing or developer documentation
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, useful content
• Experience writing for different audiences  eg. developers, architects, business users
• Technical foundation, ideally in computer science or engineering
