Role and Responsibilities:

• The Test Manager (Senior Manager) is accountable for defining and leading the overall test strategy, approach, and delivery across the programme.

What’s involved:

• This role ensures that testing is structured, governed, and executed effectively to validate that solutions.
• Meet business and technical requirements, while managing risk
• and assuring quality across all test phases.
• Establish the test approach across all phases Design an overall test strategy
• Ensure alignment with client standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance practices Drive test automation strategy
• Over see the test planning, execution and release 
• Responsible for planning and managing quality engineering practices across programmes

What you need:

• Degree-level education preferred
• 5+ years in a Test management and leadership role
• 7+ years’ experience in Test environment
• ISTQB or Expert Certification
• Proven experience designing IT test plans
• Excellent experience in end to end testing
