Senior Virtualization Engineer Public Sector

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a experienced Virtualization Engineer to implement the virtualization products.

What’s involved:

You will work closely with the Infra Architect and IT services in BAU / Delivery
You will work on the architecture and translate design / asks into modern infrastructure.
You will manage and deliver whilst working alongside existing teams to transfer knowledge and assist with the day to day workload.

What you need:

5 + years in a similar role
Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Solid knowledge of networking, security, and server management.
Experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in backup, disaster recovery, and system automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong documentation and process development capabilities.
