What’s involved

• Analyse and document end-to-end data flows across SAP S/4HANA reporting and downstream systems
• Review and validate interfaces, data mappings, and reconciliation processes
• Work closely with finance, reporting, and IT teams to define clear functional and technical requirements
• Identify data integrity issues, breaks in reporting flows, and process inefficiencies
• Support delivery across multiple change initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups) and manage requirements through delivery lifecycle

What’s needed

• Banking or financial services experience (essential)
• Technical BA background with strong experience in data flows, interfaces, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly reporting and finance data structures
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, controls, and data quality in financial environments
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to engage stakeholders, challenge requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical outputs
