What’s involved:
- Lead a critical workstream in large-scale IT benchmarking engagements
- Partner with senior IT & business leaders to define scope and insights
- Facilitate workshops and deep dives to capture current-state IT performance
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Shape improvement opportunities and transformation roadmaps
What you need:
- +10 years’ experience in IT strategy, CIO advisory, benchmarking, or transformation
- Strong understanding of IT operating models and design trade-offs
- Solid grasp of IT cost management, including run vs change and CapEx vs OpEx structures, cost allocation, and financial drivers
- Comfortable working with IT financial and operational data, translating it into structured insights and baseline models
- Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling, executive-ready insights
- Must be based in Ireland
