Technical Support Analyst (Level 2) Role and Responsibilities:
- This role will see the successful candidate maintaining the organisations systems infrastructure.
- What’s involved:
Working with windows server
- Support and system maintenance for complex applications
- Provide technical assistance to client teams as appropriate
- Implement technical changes to the system in the Live environment under the supervision of the client’s technical resources
- Plan & implement future technical enhancements
- Provide Level 2/3 Technical Support & take ownership of issues
What you need:
- Experience in Level 2/3 Technical Support
- Experience working with Windows server & desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies highly desirable
- Background in Incident management & configuration management
- Excellent communication & client facing skills
- Shift work involved so must be able to commit to work roster
What’s on offer:
- Salary of €40k - €50k/ €200-€240 per day depending on experience
- Rolling 12 month contract
