Technical Support Analyst (Level 2) Role and Responsibilities:

• This role will see the successful candidate maintaining the organisations systems infrastructure.
• What’s involved:
  Working with windows server
• Support and system maintenance for complex applications
• Provide technical assistance to client teams as appropriate
• Implement technical changes to the system in the Live environment under the supervision of the client’s technical resources
• Plan & implement future technical enhancements
• Provide Level 2/3 Technical Support & take ownership of issues

What you need:

• Experience in Level 2/3 Technical Support
• Experience working with Windows server & desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of virtualisation technologies highly desirable
• Background in Incident management & configuration management
• Excellent communication & client facing skills
• Shift work involved so must be able to commit to work roster

What’s on offer:

• Salary of €40k - €50k/ €200-€240 per day depending on experience
• Rolling 12 month contract
• Hybrid working
