Test Data Lead - 1 Year Contract

Our Client:

• Our client is a major player in the energy sector, responsible for operating and developing critical national infrastructure to ensure a secure and reliable electricity supply. They are currently delivering a large-scale transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Test Data Lead to join on a contract basis, working alongside a leading global consulting partner.

What's Involved:

•  Establishing the test data strategy, identifying data requirements across workstreams, and coordinating the sourcing, preparation, validation, and maintenance of data sets needed to support planned test scenarios
• Working closely with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, representative, and aligned to agreed business processes, while accounting for controls, quality standards, and data handling requirements
• Managing dependencies relating to environments, refresh cycles, and data availability
  Supporting issue investigation where data affects test outcomes, and providing clear oversight of readiness, risks, and constraints
• Helping embed a repeatable, well-governed approach to test data management that improves confidence in test results and supports efficient execution

What You Need:

• Proven experience in a Test Data Lead or Test Data Management role, ideally within a large-scale transformation or migration programme
• Strong understanding of test data strategy, data migration testing, and data governance principles
• Experience coordinating across functional, technical, and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage environment and data availability dependencies within a complex programme
• Full, permanent working rights to work in Ireland

What's on Offer:

• €500 - €550 per day, DOE
• Daily rate contract for 1 year
• Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the Dublin office
