Test Manager (Oracle E-Business) Public Sector

What’s Involved

• Lead and coordinate all testing for the Oracle EBS implementation/upgrade, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee all major test phases, including SIT, UAT, interface testing, environment readiness, smoke testing and cutover validation.
• Manage functional and data testing, ensuring standard Oracle behaviours and integrations perform as expected.
• Define and review performance testing parameters and support readiness for go-live.
• Run defect governance, reporting, risk tracking and coordination across business, technical teams and Oracle SMEs.
• Ensure environments, entry/exit criteria, and test artefacts are fully prepared for each cycle.

What You Need

• Proven Test Manager experience on Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, integrations and data flows.
• Track record delivering SIT, UAT, interface, performance and cutover testing cycles.
• Solid experience managing test environments, schedules, dependencies and defect processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with structured test methodologies and test/defect management tools.
