What’s involved:

• Deliver end-to-end investor servicing across the full investor lifecycle within a Transfer Agency environment
• Manage investor onboarding, account set-up, and shareholder registration/recordkeeping
• Process capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers in line with cut-off times
• Perform cash and unit reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and ensure timely resolution
• Produce investor reports and statements while maintaining accurate shareholder records
• Communicate professionally with investors and key internal and external stakeholders
• Support investor tax reporting activities where required
• Support new client onboarding and high-volume business activity during a peak operational period

What you need:

• Recent, hands-on experience across the full investor lifecycle within a Transfer Agency operation
• Proven experience using FIS Mantra (formerly HWM / Deep Pool) in a live investor servicing environment
• Strong experience with investor set-up, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, and reconciliations
• Experience producing investor reports/statements and maintaining shareholder records
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately within a high-volume environment
• Previous Cayman- and/or Delaware-domiciled fund experience is highly desirable
• Investor tax reporting and Q4 peak-volume/new client onboarding experience would be advantageous
